Very genuinely nice and friendly family. I purchased a cigarette machine, tobacco and tubes in an attempt to make my own to save from the unaffordable cost of cigarettes. I am 71 and have disabilities. I was having a little bit of trouble and hadn't quite figured out the problem. I mentioned it to the owner and he tried to accommodate me with asking me to bring in the machine for us to check it out together. Meanwhile, another customer chimed in discussing the problem amongst three of us. Let's see, could it be this, etc. He didn't just sell me a machine, he stood behind the deal. Now that's good business.

I was a regular satisfied customer up until my last visit at this store. What I would have normally rated as at least a 4.5 star place has now fallen to a 1-star and I've stopped shopping there. 4-Aces tubes (regular king size), clearly marked $1.99 on package, the gentleman was trying to charge me $2.99. I was purchasing 2 boxes at the time. When I explained that he can't charge more than what is labeled on the product, he actually wanted to argue with me. I told him I was in a hurry, go ahead & overcharge me but I doubt that I'd be back. Instead of completing the transaction, he wanted to argue more and wanted to show me why he could charge more than the sticker price. I walked out and went elsewhere, a place that actually only charged me the $1.99 as marked on the box. I cannot stand greed and I will not deal with such people. That's a real shame too because I always enjoyed and looked forward to seeing the lady employee who is quite attractive & fun to talk to. You would think he would've only charged me the $1.99 as marked and saved a $60/month customer from heading elsewhere. But the greed over $2 was worth it to them to lose a regular, loyal customer. Figure that out, I can't. I now shop elsewhere on the regular but I also checked with numerous tobacco shops and all of them only charge the $1.99 as is listed on the box of tubes. In fact, the store I purchase from now gives me one box of tubes for free when I buy 10. So now I'm only paying $1.80 per $1.99 box instead of $2.99 being charged at this store. I'm really going to miss the lady employee, so cute & fun to talk to. However, they wouldn't even be able to buy my business back because I just refuse to deal with such greed. Greedy people surely cannot be trusted. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere! If they haven't "gotten you" yet, it's only a matter of time!

The guy that owns the shop is a really great guy. he looks out for his customers he remembers who they are and treats them with respect. I can't believe I was mad because they closed on 4th of July lol That's really a good thing isn't it?
