This place is a gem. Walked in not really knowing what I wanted, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Super friendly, no pressure, just genuinely passionate about cigars and happy to share their knowledge. Whether you’re brand new or a long-time smoker, they’ll take great care of you. What I really loved was the vibe. It’s not just a shop it feels like a hangout spot. During the summer it’s the perfect location for a cigar, great conversation or just relaxing, with other customers or cigar aficionados! Love this place!

This store is AMAZING! The owner was SO nice & extremely helpful. Such a great variety of products & excellent prices. Highly recommend this place!

Cigars R Us is a wonderful place to buy cigars from! They have a great big selection to choose from and even have complimentary treats for your dogs which is rare for Danvers!

I go in this store frequently and like the husband & wife owners. Always pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and spacious. I don’t agree with giving a bad public review until AFTER you try to work it out with the business.

Just went here today and had a great experience. Wonderful cigar store, the owner Shannon is super friendly and they sell Macanudo which is my favorite cigar! This will be our new place to get cigars! Great store!
