Very kind people. Well kept store. Nice variety, makes it perfect anything you really need. They dont try to overdo it with paraphenelia. Prices are cheaper than anywhere else by a mile, and they dont try to rip tourists or locals off. My go to place. Recently wlaked out the store with an item and I broke it right away, they were so kind as to give me a discount off on the rebuy. Again, best people and prices over Salem Smoke Shop and Witchdoctor.

Super awesome place and great customer service!

I’m writing this review out of genuine concern about a product we purchased here and how the situation was handled. We bought a vape that became defective after only two days of normal use. It began leaking green liquid from the bottom, making unusual noises, getting extremely hot, and even producing smoke. The device became concerning enough that we felt it was safest to submerge it in water because we were worried it could potentially start a fire or cause harm. We returned to the shop to calmly explain what had happened and to make them aware of the issue. Unfortunately, we were told there was nothing they could do about it. The only option offered was to buy another one for $18 instead of the original $25. Given the safety concerns and the fact that the device appeared to be clearly defective after just two days, this response was disappointing. The employee contacted the owner during our visit, and the situation escalated unexpectedly when we were told that we were “threatening” them, which was not the case. We were simply trying to report a malfunctioning and potentially unsafe product. We were then asked to leave our phone number so their attorney could contact us, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional given the circumstances. I’m sharing this experience so others are aware. When a product appears to malfunction in a way that could pose a safety risk, it should be taken seriously. I hope the business will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future.
