Nice clean shop with anything you need!! All the staff have been very kind and helpful. My go to store hands down.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ City Smoke Shop in Danvers is hands down one of my go-to spots. The store is always clean, well stocked, and easy to browse, but what really makes the difference is the staff—especially Sara. Sara is incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable about everything in the store. No matter what you’re looking for, she takes the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. You never feel rushed, and you can tell she actually cares about the customers and the experience. And honestly, walking into the Danvers location and being greeted by Sara’s smile always makes the visit that much better. It’s nice to go somewhere where you feel welcomed every single time. Highly recommend City Smoke Shop—great selection, great service, and even better people.

Employees left a sign on the door stating “BRB 8:25”. Waited over 20 minutes past 8:25 and nobody ever showed up.

The staff guy was really nice. Beautiful enclosed items for smokers of all kinds. I bought my vape there. Nice store!
