They don't stand behind their products. I bought a toy on their recommendation and didn't work right out of the box. I brought it back two days later, but Eduardo (who said he is the manager) would not take it or exchange it or give store credit. He also kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak. Will never buy anything from them again.

Eddie was incredibly helpful! I go into a lot of erotic stores and sometimes these more cookie cutter locations can be disappointing, but I've always been satisfied with the Amazing Intimate locations :) Pretty good selection in this store front as well and I'm satisfied with what I purchased so far!

Being an adult late in their 20's not knowing what they're doing/looking for was terrifying. I almost had a panic attack while walking in. Richie helped me. He got me to calm down and see what I'm into. I have no friken idea. So he showed me around and explained everything. This man was so kind and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and got me to calm down every time I got overwhelmed. It was such a great experience and I look forward to coming back.

Awesome customer service. Eddie was so chill and full of knowledge and helpful advice specific to my needs. Thank you Eddie. I will be back very soon!
