Great customer service everytime ! Great selection too

Excellent smoke shop. If you smoke or vape it's the place to go in Salem. The staff are wonderful people and you can get lottery tickets as well if you're into that. I highly recommend it.

I like that it’s been around since I can remember, and here’s the difference: I went in to City Smoke Shop for some vape supplies- I didn’t know Red Lion carries a good selection- and the employee at City told me the product I wanted was out of stock, but to check back in a week because it might come in the next order. I took a shot and went over to Red Lion. I was looking for a pretty specific item, and Red Lion didn’t have it, either. The attitude and response is where the difference came in. The helpful fellow at Red Lion said that he would order it right away and it would be in stock in two days. And it was less expensive.
