I LOVE this place! It’s not often that you find great quality glass with an astonishing collection of everything you need and more at great prices. What is also wicked awesome is the customer service! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I left with everything I needed to make my glass pieces perfect.. yes I said pieces 😂 it was so amazing I couldn’t just leave with 1! 💚 They have created a customer for life. I honestly have nothing but rave reviews from beginning to end about this shop, its employees, and the entire experience—and I am not someone who gives out perfect reviews easily. As a consumer who feels that great customer service is nearly non-existent these days, I am extremely cognizant of lapses in service. However, that also makes me hyper-aware of stellar service when I see it. ​First, let’s talk pricing. In a specialized industry like this (smoke/vape/glass), prices are always going to be comparable among competitors in the same tier. They are very competitively priced here. ​Moving on to the area they actually have control over: the knowledge, customer service, friendliness, and politeness were absolutely unparalleled. I am a self-proclaimed high-maintenance customer, and I was there two days in a row for extended periods. ​I unfortunately didn't get the name of the woman who helped me the first night (Friday, June 5th), but she was wonderful. She answered probably a million questions about every item in the store with a smile and an energy that made me want to stay longer—and subsequently spend more money. Excellent service drives sales; the system works, which is why I don't understand why other businesses let it fall by the wayside. Not here! ​When I finally left with my new gear, I promptly went home, broke one item, and realized I bought the wrong parts for another. I went back the next day and was helped by a young man named Devan, who was her equal in every way. He answered all of my benign questions and took the time to show me everything I was curious about. No matter how many tourists strolled in, he would promptly serve them but always came right back to kindly assist me. ​Most importantly to me, neither employee expressed an ounce of annoyance, exhaustion, or judgment toward me, my purchases/intended use or my utter lack of knowledge. That is exceedingly rare, even in a busy city like Salem. I don't know where the proprietors are finding their team members, but they have gold standard employees here. ​My personal average for positive reviews is incredibly low. I usually go into consumer experiences expecting to be disappointed, but this 5-star review was well-earned. They have gained a loyal customer, barring any drastic change in Personnel of course!! The woman Sarah who worked in the evening time was so kind and helpful to us! My mom Bina loves talking with her and she had a really friendly demeanor!
