A decent selection of cigars but the staff makes it worth the trip. The prices were great and they had some good recommendations for what would be a good gift for someone that likes cigars.. Since they didnt have this person's regular brand they were able to point me to a substitute that the person really enjoyed. The parking was easy and it was right there.

Had a great first experience here last weekend. I went on Sunday very shortly after the owner had closed for the day. When I walked up to the door and saw it was closed, the owner (out by his car having a smoke), said just a moment, put out his cigarette, and reopened the store so I could make my purchase! They have a wide selection of cigars and cigarettes (including Nat Sherman and Dunhill) and a decent selection of your standard head shop fare at very reasonable prices. This is a great local business and is worthy of your support.

Went through 2 batteries in 2 weeks. Owner has zero customer service skills and refused a refund both times. This place is definitely a scam.. their products are 100% used & damaged. I will never step foot in that place again and i encourage everyone else to find any other smoke shop but choice smoke shop in west boylston. If i could give them a 0/5 i would.

Went here for a quick cigar buy. The cigars I bought where stale. Dry. The cabinet he holds them in, either gets moved around a lot or the humidor no longer works properly. Over priced cigars and not even stored correctly.
