Great shop with a huge selection. Convenient location, the staff were super friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Will recommend 10/10, definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

I was driving one of my regular work routes when I stumbled across Worcester Smoke and Vape, and it immediately caught my attention. It is a newer glass shop with a genuinely solid range of styles and price points, from affordable everyday pieces to more unique glass, along with all the accoutrements you would expect. Everything I was looking for was already in stock, which made the stop easy and worthwhile. I ended up meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He went out of his way to help me without any pressure, and I left feeling confident in my purchase rather than feeling like I had been taken by someone behind the counter. That honesty and transparency really stood out. What impressed me even more was that, despite having what I needed on hand, he made it clear that if there were ever something I could not find in the shop, he would happily order it and have it in within a couple of days. The store is also open seven days a week, which makes it even more convenient. I am not a vape user myself, but even I noticed how extensive and well stocked the vape selection was. If you are driving through the Worcester or West Boylston area, this is definitely a place worth stopping into.

Jay will take care of you man. That’s my dude and a good business man. Support Jay !!
