Don't buy tobacco here! I got a pound and it was so dry it crumbled into dust. I called May 26th Bree the manager told me to go to the website and email them. She said I should get a response in 2 days. That didn't happen. I keep calling the store and they said last week she would be in on Monday. That she would call me. That didn't happen. I was given the number for the main office it's the same one on the website. It's out of order! I keep calling and they keep saying she isn't in. That without approval of the main office they can't give refunds! I also bought a vape system there. I took it back to ask how to change the coil. They had issues with it too. The diagram in the directions was off. I got home and filled it and now it doesn't work! I talked to them about it and they said call the manufacturer! This place has no customer service at all! They take your money and sell garbage. Then play games waiting for you to give up. Find a place with customer service that values their customers. You won't find it here!

If you're looking for a Geek Bar Pulse X, this is the only place in town I've found that still have them available! I believe at the time of writing this there are only 3 flavors available but they have TONS of other options to choose from!

There are lots of places to buy what they sell at The Tobacco Shop, but I spend my money here because of the staff. Im unsure of the spelling but I’m going to spell it like the cheese just to be funny but the manager at the Adrian location is Brie. She’s awesome. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest with her recommendations. I look forward to visiting again soon.
