Editing my review: I stopped in recently and i had such a great experience! Mer was so helpful and considerate. They were out of my brand of vape but she helped me find a decent replacement. Im so glad they got rid of the other girl its so much better in there now! Customer service matters!! I will be in again now I dont have to worry about me or grandpa being yelled at!

Very clean and nice store, I'm happy with prices and selection. With around 10 years of working in retail and being around retail environments I have to say that Anhelica and Myles our top notch employees and five star top shelf human beings. Management material I say, management material! ✌️❤️🙏

Typically have great experiences but my most recent one really has me considering future patronage. I purchased two in house brand vapes (Mr Vapor). Upon opening the first one and using it for maybe 10-15 puffs it began firing on its own and was getting very hot. We quickly disposed of the device as it was a safety hazard. We called the store and were told they would have to ask their manager if we could get an exchange. When she learned that we didn’t have the vape, but we did have a receipt, box and the time of purchase (about 3 hours earlier), she told us that company policy dictates that there was nothing she could do for us. We never expect any preferential treatment but to risk the business of a long time customer for what amounts to maybe 10 dollars net seemed off. Please consider using context to dictate your policies. We have never made a return EVER and have been frequenting Wild Bills locations all over Michigan for well over a decade, using quick critical thinking would have been to allow the exchange for a DEFECTIVE product. A defective product that bares your company’s name. Highly disappointed in my experience.

I love this store! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful Angelica is very knowledgeable on the cigars bought a box and 6 free sticks!!! She is just amazing and I think she deserves to run the store. She warms my heart every conversation we have And miles was so helpful that I even went home to figure out how to use a water pipe!! I highly recommend anyone to go here if you want to feel at home 😊

If I could give a higher rating I would. Every time I come in someone’s is helping me instantly. Specifically Angelica and Mur are always ready to help with a smile on their face's. I’d recommend coming here for any glass, vape, and or kratom to anyone.
