absolute worst shop i’ve ever experienced. after buying a torch that worked ONE USE and would not ignite we tried to make a return. when we purchased we weren’t even given a receipt. we went to the storefront two days later, and they refused a refund. they filled the torch several times and everytime they did it would dissipate in under a minute. i told them yesterday it wouldn’t even IGNITE. the worker even said it was “weird” how it wasn’t working correctly but then stated it was working just because it’d light up right after you filled it. i just wanted a refund. he said they don’t do that but would possibly do a credit or replacement with difference. i insisted i just wanted a refund and didn’t want the torch. i waited 20 minutes for him to sit there and fill this dumb torch up 8 times and him to yap back and forth with his manager over text. after waiting 20 minutes i asked him what was going on because we had things to do. he then got argumentative and said it works over and over which it DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY AND WOULDNT IGNITE BEFORE THIS INTERACTION AS TO WHY I WHO LIVE 30 MINUTES AWAY IS COMING OUT HERE TO RETURN IT. he then wouldn’t initiate an exchange nor a credit. i asked to speak to the manager and he said no hes busy you can come up here monday if you want but we don’t give refunds. he then pointed to the poster behind them that clearly states no returns on VAPES AND OIL. this is a damn butane torch. i told him that doesnt apply and he just kept saying they dont do returns which isnt posted ANYWHERE. also, they never ID’d me when i purchased this torch. i asked for his name and was given a fake name and was also given what i believe is a fake name for a manager. i asked for the managers contact info and he refused to give me the information. i will be contacting the needed places to resolve this. NEVER GO HERE. go to wild bills instead this place is a JOKE.

The new management really turned this place around. They got the best prices, new selections. You should come check them out!!

I was on my way to see some family out in Algonac, I’m from Tecumseh and realized I forgot my wraps and vape pen. So I took the Ford Road exit and found King Tobacco. Nice place, had everything I needed and even tried some new flavors. The guy who worked there named Kevin was awesome. A really good guy and very insightful. 👍

I was visiting family in the Canton area and stopped at this shop for the 1st time. I was very pleased with the service I received from Kevin. What a positive personality! Plus the products he suggested were perfect! Only place I'll go in the area.
