Mason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the right hookah tobacco. He took his time to find exactly what I was looking for. His customer service was great. If you’re looking for someone who knows their products and genuinely wants to help, I highly recommend Mason. Thanks again for all your help!

Called to see if they had a certain vape my girlfriend likes.Score they had it young lady working the counter was very polite and professional. Thank you very much.

I usually go to vape hut in Wyandotte but I just had surgery and am staying with my mom so I had to find another place for my coils and vape juice. This place is right down the street from me now and had everything I needed. Very happy with my experience. The woman who helped me was very friendly:)

I dropped in looking for Geek Bar products. The helpful guy at the counter took the time to explain that Geek Bar as a company was having problems. He suggested that I try RAZ disposable instead. I’m so much happier with RAZ in every way! So I will be a regular customer here!

I love this place. The most comprehensive selection of tobacco, in house, anywhere. Prices the same or better than anywhere else I've been. My tobacco orders always come quickly and even factoring in the shipping charges, they are more than competitive. Don't just order from them though. It's definitely worth your time to visit the store for the huge selection of pipes and tobaccos and the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
