I got to say that this location does a great job of maintaining a wide variety of products. Not only that but the staff follows up on promises. I had asked them to reserve a specific flavor of a vape that they were out of. That was practically a week ago, and I actually got a call today from Tim telling informed me that the two vapes were in. I usually see Chris or Tyler when I visit the store and when they tell you they're going to do something, they follow through. Excellent business people and extremely friendly. You guys are doing a great job thank you very very much!!!

This wild bills has been my location for the last 5 years. The service has always been good and the staff is great! Tyler always is there to listen to my stories while giving prompt service.

After my previous experience, I reluctantly stopped by the store today because I was in a time crunch. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with the manager. It was clear that my previous experience had been shared with him, and he took the time to address my concerns with kindness and professionalism. Out of respect for the manager and the way he handled the situation, I have deleted my previous review and am submitting this updated one instead. Thank you for taking the time to make things right.

Best smoke shop in Canton! All of the staff here are really cool. They have a great selection of vapes and Kratom and for pretty good deals, especially in Wednesday. The owner is a great dude, would definitely recommend this place.

Wild Bill's on sheldon road in Canton was very clean, well stocked, and Tyler was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. Will shop this location again.
