I had such an amazing experience at Exclusive Hookah Lounge, and I have to give a special shoutout to Jana! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed with her warm smile and positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service while making every guest feel valued. Jana was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made excellent recommendations, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. You can tell she truly cares about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. The atmosphere at Exclusive Hookah Lounge was already relaxing and enjoyable, but Jana’s hospitality made it even better. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. She handled everything with such professionalism while still making the experience feel personal and welcoming. It’s employees like her that keep customers coming back. This is not the first time that I've visited Exclusive Hookah Lounge, but it was one of the best experiences ever! The quality of food was amazing, and the service was even better! Fatema, our waitress, was the one providing us with the best customer service I've ever received! Not only was she very friendly, attentive and accommodating, but also no other waitress at Exclusive Hookah Lounge could provide us with such amazing service before. She definitely deserves some appreciation for all her efforts! Besides Fatema, I would also like to say thank you to Ali for taking good care of our hookah. It was very important for us to have the coals constantly changed so that our hookahs could be smoked perfectly throughout our visit. So, if you are looking for a great place with delicious food, perfect hookah and fantastic customer service, then you should definitely try Exclusive Hookah Lounge!

Good hookah and nice environment. The food was horrendous however. My friend and I got nachos and it came spilled, the beef cold, and the sauces were awful quality. Would recommend for drinks and hookah but not dinner

I had an amazing experience at Exclusive Hookah Lounge! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale, comfortable, and welcoming. The décor is modern and clean, with great lighting and music that sets the perfect vibe for a relaxing night out. The hookah quality is top-notch—smooth, flavorful, and long-lasting. They have a great variety of flavors, and the staff really knows how to prepare it perfectly. Service was excellent too; the team was friendly, attentive, and checked on us often to make sure everything was perfect. Whether you’re hanging out with friends or just want a chill spot to unwind, this place is definitely worth it. I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend! The only thing I didn’t love is that they offer valet parking only, which doesn’t really make sense to me. I hope they consider adding regular parking options in the future.

Now I’ve been here more than once and I just went again lastnight we got seated, the lady took our order we ordered hookah first then food. the food took a while . When Our food finally came out we ate and everything, the guy didn’t bring our hookah until almost 1hr later we kept asking was our hookah on the way. Not ONLY that…. This is how he brung our hookah to us after ALL this time. Not only did He not attach it, there was no coals , no tips. Nothing so I asked for the bill after spending so long in there like I said we had already ate our food and drinks and the hookah came last. It was not even ready he just sat it down. No “I’ll be back with coals and tips” nothing. So that was my experience here less than 24hrs ago.
