Me and my partner went into the store looking to potentially buy some accessories. When greeted at the door we were asked if we needed help and we replied no we're just looking around. The employee then made assumptions on what we were there for which started an argument. It made us feel very uncomfortable and we did not want to stay in the store and look around. Not the kind of environment I would want to shop in. From reading other reviews it seems to be a problem with a specific employee.

My partner and I went to this location today to possibly purchase some items. When we entered the store, we were greeted and asked if we were looking for anything. We answered no, we are just looking around. A male employee then assumed which items we were looking for, and when answered with no and why, he proceeded to continue to argue with us about it. This made us feel very uncomfortable, and we ended up leaving the store with nothing and will most likely will not be returning to this location.

Came in to buy some stuff. Jacob waited on me. He acted like I was inconveniencing him in a purchase. Very rude. I will not return there again. I hope he is not the owner or manager. He needs to be trained in customer service.

As far as cigars go this is one of the worst place to buy cigars. First they are 10% more than any other store. When you walk in to humidor look up to top right the humidifier usually is set to 62-65 percent humidity… Humidistat by door is usually below 65 percent here in Michigan we should be close to 70 percent humidity in the winter. It is hit and miss getting one that is not so dry it won’t smoke and falls apart . After getting one that would not draw I cut the flame off Went in and told the gal behind the counter it wasn’t drawing, asked if I could trade for another one the answer was no. I called corporate just as response asked corporate manager was as rude as could be.. I have cut this short appears this store is closed which doesn’t surprise me.

I drove down to Dearborn Heights to grab my wife some authentic middle eastern food, seen this store here pop up since I last visited the city so I stopped inside. Place is brand new, super clean, and super friendly. I'd stop in again if I am ever in this area.
