Lounge was disguising. Pool tables had red stains on them . Several televisions and only one on playing a basketball game. The only option we had to have music is to connect our personal phone to the speaker. We paid for 2 hookahs neither flavor tasted like the description and the hookahs were served to us on the FLOOR, no table available . Dingy lighting, pictures on the internet nothing short of Catfishing. We asked for our money back and only got refunded for one since we stayed 15 minutes. Worst Hookah lounge I’ve ever been to.

Where to start? First we waited about 30 mins just to get our hookah, after getting our hookah then flavor was already burned like someone else was already smoking it. The atmosphere is very dark and gloomy and their couches are all ripped and it’s been like this every time I come here. Very dirty carpet and tables, they don’t take the time to clean after customers, smoke ashes all over

Great place to relax in the early evening. The employees are always accommodating and are knowledgable about the products. If you're looking for an awesome smoking experience after the bars, Six Lounge is the best option. The atmosphere after 11 PM can depend on the day of the week, but on the weekend, it's a fun place to party. The music is generally wonderful, and some nights there are DJs. I've been coming here for almost seven years, and a loyal customer. The hookahs are always good, and management always does their best to correct any issues (which are far and few). I'm a flight attendant and have traveled the world, and very few places are as good at this place: prices and atmosphere are outstanding. I know the owner and the staff, and my expectations are always met or exceeded when I come to the East Lansing location.

*Don't waste your money* Cons: poor customer service (staff will ignore you if you ask for coal, they will never come back and change then unless you ask repeatedly). Poor environment (fights break out, couches are horrendous and torn, the look is unappealing) Overpriced ($10 cover, $2 for extra mouthpiece). There is NOTHING special, the music sucks since people play what they want and a song NEVER finishes. Just vibe killers. Hookah isn't great. I came here when it first opened and it was fun with a live dj. They were on top of the coals and it was fun. Now they just don't care which is why they're ratings are going down. Place is a disappointment.
