Great selection like all the other Wild Bill's. This location doesn't have the customer service down that many other nearby stores have. The morning shift girl doesn't want to be bothered and is not at all willing to be helpful and answer questions. I'll stick with the Woodhaven or Taylor location.

My partner and I were in a car accident right outside of the business on fort and Pennsylvania. Although we did not buy anything I have to give a special shout out to the young woman who was working at the time. We were both a little shaken up and needed somewhere to relax, we walked in here and immediately shared what happened with the employee. Without a second she welcomes us in, and tells us to hang out until our ride gets there. Furthermore she went out of her way to bring us water bottles, all while comforting as the whole time as we were kind of frantic. It’s because of her, our day that just seemingly ended, had a glimmer of hope again. Knowing there are still good people in the world, even at what may seem to be the smallest situation , is such a good feeling. I wish I could’ve gotten her name, but this establishment is so lucky to have someone as kind and caring as she was to us. Thank you from the both of us!

Wild Bill’s Riverview has a wonderful customer service staff who are super friendly and knowledgeable. They were a great help when I visited at Christmas to make cigar choices for my dad. Always greeted with a hello, a welcome and a smile. Fair prices, clean and well-stocked store!

I’d give zero stars if possible (Second post response) funny thing about that I’ve called your corporate number and left multiple messages. When I go to try and find your link you just told me to visit it is either fiction or a very difficult thing to find as is anything to do with your company at this point. I’d say you have a few more things to iron out as a “corporate company” have a blessed day no response is needed. Keep the money that is owed to me cause by sub par product and services that can be out ranked by my two fingers and a website not only in price but also service and selection.

I was in search of a new vape pen for 510 carts. Scott assisted me by showing me ones with my preferred charging option. He was a great guy and told me if I had any issues with my vape to call for troubleshooting since they have likely heard of all the problems and figured out how to fix them. I was impressed with the level of service and knowledge Scott showed. The Riverview location is way out of my way, but I will definitely make it my store to go to for the simple fact that I was treated like a Rockstar!
