I was in the market for a new piece of glass so I hit up Puff Danny’s….they were very responsive and answered all my questions….great selection, great prices and five star customer service….they shipped my piece several hundred miles and the packaging was phenomenal…..everything arrived without a scratch and much to my surprise they had included lots of bonus goodies well above and beyond what I paid….thanks again Wyatt Hager

Good for glass and most overall, bad for some minor things. I've been going here since it opened and have never been done wrong until last night, if you can even call it that. I went in and bought 2 breeze e-cigs last night. One each for my wife and I. Opened them when I got home and after about 25 hits, they were dead. Of course there was nothing that could have been done since I opened them at home so It could have been switched, but even the packaging of the cigs were different. They should be sealed all the way around. I left a picture of a complete sealed new ecig i just bought. Edit: I was very angry when I posted knowing there was really nothing I could do. I did not contact them as I've had the "run around" with the disposables at more than 1 place. Am I a "regular" customer? Not by any means, but I do try to make this my business of choice when it comes to a glass and accessories shop. Im sorry Danny, and I will get in touch tomorrow about those. I did change the rest of the review up for ya too.

The prices youll get here are seriously unparalleled to any chain store anywhere period and im talking U.S. wide. Im not even a local, I live in Delaware if that doesnt explain it idk what will. Danny is hand down the greatest dude around.

I just bought a butter infuser and I got a great deal. I had asked about one and the owner was happy to order it for me and since there was a mild wait time he gave it to me for way less than the asking price. I just made the best butter in my new infuser and I love it! I also get great prices on all of my pieces I get. The owner and everyone who works there are also really nice and chill.

Been coming here since I could buy. Have seen the shop only improve since and the staff is always there to help or just have a good chat. Best selection of range for the area I would say. Can buy a sweet high end custom piece or just something to get you thru the rough week for cheap. Regardless they got you, love this head shop most recommend downriver!
