Where do I start this place is freaking awesome. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. this was my first time coming here and he talked to me like he has known me for years. This is going to definitely going be my go-to spot. I highly recommend come here at least once and experience first hand what great customer service is really like.

I've been going here for years. Family owned business. I didn't have enough money one time and really needed the synthetic urine for a job and the old man gave me 2 of them and told me to come back and pay after I get paid from the new job. Life saver!

Great people that own /run New Gen. They are always very helpful an explain directions an offer advice. I went there a while back got my items the credit machine was down I offered to put them back an go get cash but the owner insisted I just take them an come back later that day or the next to square up. That's how a regular gets treated here.
