Purchased a Hybrid pen, $14.99 cash less than a week ago. No manufacturer box, no receipt given. The uninformed clerk, only stated, "I like the hybrid too". I used the pen for maybe a couple days, until it needed charging. Plugged in for two days, checking for battery life. Nothing it still hasn't charged. I go into the store for an exchange or refund for a useless product. And all the clerk says is, "I can give you half off on another one, but not refund." OR you can go on the website.. well i didn't buy it off the web. This store hardly has any business and has the nerve to have poor customer service. I don't want to buy anything from a company that doesn't come with a box to return it. I'll make sure to get the receipt and box next time! Don't support bad business! So the response: after a week of use, I didnt even get days... its not a cigarette I smoked and brought back. The device is clearly defective and I paid 14.99 You should sell products In their original box. Just because you suggest a new charger doesn't fix the issue. I'll be posting on ever review site!! And friends too

This guy is a goof. He upcharges when he feels like it when the price is stated on the wall. I was trying to get a fogger pod.. which states 15 plus tax. Dude is charging me an extra 4-5 dollars for it. Dont go to this shop
