The workers in this store are very rude and unhelpful! When asked to look at some things in cases they came over, let me see 1 and when I had questions and wanted to see others they said "I don't know ma'am, just pick 1, I have other customers" which they had 2 employees and 1 other customer in the store and they walked away. When I asked them over again I had decided on 1 that said 17.99 on the front of the display but on it a sticker that said 19.99 and they told me it would be the 19.99 not the 17.99 that it's advertised for. When asked for a manager due to this and their rude behavior and terrible customer service they said "oh you can call the manager tomorrow" in which I said why don't you call and ask the manager now so that I could buy it they said "no, you call yourself". I filmed the employees rudeness just so I could show the manager that his employees were taking customers away from the store and losing sales because I refused to pay more for something than it's advertised for, it's illegal, and will NEVER go to this shop again! DON'T SHOP HERE! The other worker was eating the whole time I was in there. Very horrible customer service and seems like the employees were racist!

I love this place. They're open till 10pm every day while other shops in the area close earlier. Plus are always friendly and helpful even when I get there right at closing time.

Prices all seem to be on the high end for things. Almost every other smoke shop in the area also offers loyalty programs, points programs etc. Missed opportunity to build relationships with the community instead of just being a place a few people stop at on a whim.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years not only have I found their menthol cigarettes to always be fresh, but the customer service is the best. Delilah has waited on me and goes out of her way to explain maybe the different brands and maybe I would like one flavor over the other, always very friendly and answers any questions I may have plus she always gives me a new lighter very professional shop. I hope they’re getting paid what they’re worth especially Dalilah.

We’ve gone 10 times, at different times during the day during store hours but they were closed. With a paper on the door saying they’d be back in 30 min. There’s been multiple people who would sit & wait but nobody shows up. The sign says open but the doors are locked & lights are off with nobody inside.. you guys are losing out on money constantly closing up shop
