The owner and their employees are always so nice and really happy to see you! It’s a real pleasure and a joy coming here, to see smiling employees who are always happy to see you, who really appreciate & care about your business, shown by warm customer greetings and a welcome back feeling you receive walking through their front door! You really can’t say that about too many other smoke, vape and tobacco shops and employees. Kindness goes a long way in my opinion and they always appear willing or at least able to work with you (specially their long term returning customers) on near to price matching, and other times meeting you in the middle and do offer buy in bulk discounts too. I will be returning more frequently for many reasons including competitive pricing, their outstanding customer service who ALWAYS show so much appreciation for their loyal and happy returning customers!!

The staff is friendly, yet lacks expertise. During my initial visit, they were unable to identify the item I intended to buy, prompting me to search for it online on their behalf. On my subsequent visit, they did not have the product I was seeking in stock.

Pricing is top top... theres at least 20 better options for shops near you. Seriously. Just trust me lol. I was shocked.

Nice people , but they are so much more expensive than most smoke shops. They're Mitra 9 kratom seltzers cost almost 12.00 each after tax, and yesterday in Rockford MN they were selling the 150 MIT Kratom seltzer for 9.00 and the Mitra 9 for $6.00. So yeah.. my bill was around $15 instead of $23.00. Huge difference and it shows who really cares about the customer.
