Went to the store to get a new pod and white guy with glasses was really really nice. Very helpful. Great with communication always has a good attitude and great customer service.

Place could be a 5 but the white guy with the glasses ruins the experience every time. Think I’m just going to stop going there customer service is important. Otherwise the other staff are nice and friendly.

Service (2.5/10) As soon as I arrive , Caucasian male with glasses flips the sign over “we’ll be back” 15 minutes later I come back the store is finally open! There’s a customer in front of me talking about Legend of Zelda with the cashier for about a good 10-15 mins mind you I’m right behind this guy in line patiently waiting, at this point I was contemplating on just walking out bc service was absolutely ridiculous, after the cashier gets done serving the customer prior before me I noticed he never ask to check his ID.. 🤔 anyway I always carry my ID with me , when it was my turn to pay cashier looks up and giggles “I think you know what I’m about to ask ya”🤓 i let out a sarcastic laugh bc he never asked the customer in front of me for an “ID” morale of the story (treat everyone the same, should be no different for one another make it make sense. :))

Great customer service, they know what they are talking about. Decent prices and variety of different things. Small place but recommend a try.
