Nice layout for vape shop! Great Parking! LACKING customer service! I was the only customer in the shop but felt rushed, asked a few questions about the products and got nothing... No feedback no enthusiasm. I would of purchased lots more from this store but lady didn't sell me anything with positivity.

This place has turned into one of my regular stops. The shop has what I need without making things complicated. Anwar is the guy that makes this shop the best. He remembers what I get and he has a way of talking to people that feels real. No pressure, no sales pitch. He listens, gives solid input, and points you toward something that actually makes sense. You can tell he knows the products from experience, not from guessing. Even if the shop is busy, he stays patient and makes time to help. Anwar just makes the experience better.

The cashier overcharged me for the discounted item and when I asked for my cash back, he refused saying he couldn't return my cash and said he rather give me something if equal value. What a joke! I will never return and its in walking distance.

I have been a continuous customer at Smokey's for a year now, great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never had any issues with them and are more than willing to let you try the product before you walk out (certain products excluded, of course). I always recommend my friends and family to come here, and they all made it their go-to spot now!
