Nick at the store next to magnolia coffee has been SUPER helpful! He is the best! Ive delt with other people at the other store and they aren't nearly as helpful or as friendly as nick! He's keeping me doing business there!

Friendly enough guys. Sometimes you'll catch the owner in a bad mood, he's not explicitly rude, just can be a little short and impatient at times. Everybody has bad days. My only real complaint is almost every time I buy salt nicotine e-juice here, if it's the in-house juice that they make, it is way too strong. Burns the back of the throat and mouth like a high MG freebase mixture. Other than that, everything they have is fine.

Ive been using this vape shop for a couple of years now. I love the employees. They are very helpful and positive attitudes. The owner how ever has to be the rudest man alive. I refuse to go back after my last encounter with him (02/12/2024)

I went into there today not knowing anything about vapes. The salesperson was very kind and very informative. He ended up giving me a sample to try. I'll be back. Part 2 I went back into today for a minor error. Problem was quickly solved. . Plus they turned on to a free different vape. Wish more places could be like them. Awesome bunch of people.
