Kat has always taken really good care of me for a long time, this visit was special. The store was out of the coil I needed so she checked and we use the same tank and she gave me her last coil, her personal one. I mean Amazing service from Kat.

Kat is amazing. She is always upbeat, knows what is in my wheelhouse for vape flavors and amount of puffs. She has never steered me wrong. Ultimate Vapor for the win!

I just came in for my first time here and that was a fantastic visit. I will 110% be coming back. Thank you so much for the good work!

KAT IS PHENOMENAL! Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable of all product and always friendly and personable.

Pearl did a great job helping me find the juice I use and also promised to hold a pack of coils for me when they come in
