Used to be a regular but too much has changed to where you no longer feel like a customer. Apparently, now rewards can't be used unless you spend over $30 in that store. No proof of policy changes. No rules anywhere about it. If you ask why or for proof, you get attitude and told, "I will let you go this time," like they're wannabe mobsters. Go somewhere else. Most of the products here are filled with chemicals you can taste anyways.

The worker Alex was really chill and super kind, the cats there are also really cool, definitely recommend!

Great service and open late which makes it a great convenience for us that travel an hour or more BUT they NEVER answer their phone! It’s constantly dead for days! Such an inconvenience for sure! Their stars went from a 5 to a 3 for me🤷🏼‍♀️

7OH prices are asinine. Charging $40 for something labeled $34.99 on the package. Drive a little further west on 30 and get a better deal.

Isiah is the best worker keep him forever he helped me out very well great experience overall 10/10 (cat in shop too very cool)
