I am from out of town. I went in for some edibles and a disposable vape. I told the employee I liked hybrid or sativa. I picked out the edibles then he helped pick out a vape, still wanting hybrid or Sativa, he sold me an Indica. I paid and noticed it was indica. I hadn’t even touched the product at this point. He told me he could not refund it, that was against the owners policy. He refused even though it was his fault. I left the store with the vape and surprise…it doesn’t even work! So I am stuck with a vape I didn’t want and doesn’t work and the employee did not care. Out $64.41. Won’t go back and would advise no one else going.

Love this store! Love the people. The people are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fun and friendly. I can ask anything, they have suggestions, they know which product can help best depending on what hurts that day. My favorite store of all time. Justin has been immensely helpful. Chelsea's a joy. Just great people and a great vibe! Highly recommend!!

This store has gotten so much better since getting a new owner! I love the vibes I don’t feel like I’m getting rushed out every time I come in. They always stop to have a convo and check in on their customers and know their people outside of just business which I find amazing!! The prices haven’t been better along with the bud has gotten so much better I am so glad I’ve stayed being a loyal customer.

Favorite place to shop anymore. I don't even go to the dispo anymore. Great people, very respectful and super understanding people. Good deals on good products and a pretty good rewards system. For a smaller business that hasn't been going for that long they're definitely doing an amazing job. Thank you High Haus!

This has always been my go to place. I was a very valued customers, even brought new customers, now since the new owner ship it really has gone to shit. Now their free joints on Fridays are smaller, the selection is so different, dont ask the percentage of anything or they will bite your head off. the vibe i get when I come in along with the rude attitude when asked questions is very unwelcoming. I used to love this place, def miss the old owners. They even changed their times.. if I do stop in here its because its my last option. We miss the old team!!
