Just lost a repeat customer who visited frequently. I fought through awful traffic on 435, while calling ahead to say I was on my way. Even followed up while stuck in traffic to confirm I would still be there but cutting it close to 5:30. I was told "doors lock at 5:30" and hung up on. Then I show up literally at 5:31 only to be turned away. Very frustrating when the "nice" service only applies during the technical minutes of operations. She turned the lights off when I pulled up, went to the back for a minute, and then signaled "closed" to me through the glass. Very very disappointed. I will find another business to spend my money at.
