The lady in this place likes to push the back button on your phone when using coupon for cigarettes and not give the coupon. She has done it to me my husband and my coworker. When confronted she says what I did nothing and won't give you coupon. None of us will ever shop here again. Csaming people out of 7 dollars or 5 dollars off coupons is just bad business. Its only the lady that does this. Haven't had this problem with other workers.

I’ve been here 4 times now trying to get a flat soda replaced. Every time they say they have to talk to the manager. Never ask for my contact info. It’s only $3, but some weeks, I need that money. I didn’t ask for my money back, just a new, not flat, soda

I bought 2 Geek bar Vapes just now and one was at 80% the other at 90% the clerk told me to open them before leaving the store. He said that is normal. Well it's not, the smoke shop on Stateline Rd, where I usually go they are always at 100%. The clerk refused to return or refund because I had already opened them. I will never shop there again, it's a rip off.

The staff are very nice. The price of a pack of American Spirit went from 9+ to 10+ to 11+ in the past 12 months. I'm going to check other shops to see ifi can get them cheaper.

Unfortunately, I’ll need to find a new smoke shop. I’ma very frequent customer and was told I could not use 2 cards to support my transaction because they don’t want to pay the fee associated. Why not? No one carries cash and if I need to use 2 cards let me use them both. Times are already hard without these people making it worse. And their customer service sucks. Oh and they had the nerve to id me for a debit card purchase, really?
