This place is stacked. Definitely the most selection in town. Aesthetically pleasing absolutely. You gotta see it. This is my place now.

Love High End Collections! We have been buying from this store for some time and have always been happy in the massive selection and differ colorways of the equipment they carry. We will definitely think of High End Collections first when looking for new smoke pieces.

Went in and bought a beautiful looking hookah. After purchasing it for $200, the attendant asked if we wanted to inspect it in store for any issues. (Side note: Inspection should've been suggested before purchase or even completed by the attendant.) Upon inspection, it was clear that the rubber piece on the hookah was not original to the set and did not fit properly making the hookah unusable. On top of that, parts of the rubber piece were literally crumbling off. They wouldn't let us exchange the rubber piece for a new one so we asked for a full refund since it would be unusable if the rubber piece is not fitting into the hookah and crumbling apart. The clerk was kind and said she would call the manager. She called the manager and he said he would come to the counter. After about 10 minutes, the manager was not there so the clerk called him again. Another 10 or 15 minutes and he still didnt come in. During these calls, we could visibly see the manager outside wiping his Mercedes Benz down with windex. He would take the clerk's calls, say a few words, and then continue washing his car. Took about 25 minutes for the clerk to call him one last time and get him to say we could have a full refund for the expensive, defunct product he had sold us. Overall, the clerk was kind but the manager was incredibly disrespectful and never came in to talk to us. His precious car was more important than his business/customer satisfaction. We will never be revisiting this shop. I just feel bad that the clerk has to work with a disrespectful boss.
