If I could give zero stars, I would. Over the course of the last two weeks, I spent approximately $87 on vape products here. My initial purchase was a replacement pod for my Foger battery, but the pod turned out to be defective. When I contacted the store, I was advised to purchase a new kit. After doing so, it became clear that the original pod was the issue all along. During a phone conversation, I was told the store would work with me by providing a discount of around $5–$10 toward a replacement vape. However, when I arrived, that offer was not honored. Instead, I was told I could only use whatever discount I received from spinning the store’s promotional wheel. What made the experience especially frustrating was that I had previously received a 20% discount from the wheel but was unable to use it because the system was reportedly down at the time. When I asked if that discount could be honored instead, I was told no. I wasn’t expecting a free vape or special treatment just some effort to make things right after purchasing a defective product and being given different information over the phone. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude made me feel dismissed rather than helped. (The kit I bought tonight is now not working after an hour after buying it. I’m convinced they have bad products) I had hoped this would become my regular vape shop, but after this experience, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend it to others.

Stopped in with a friend cause they needed a new glass piece... nothing fancy.. employee that helped she was very kind and patient.. if you need a piece for smoking this spot has probably anything you could need

After 3 weeks of coming in twice a week I give up trying to get the vape I need that you don't seem to order anymore. It's super frustrating.

You are very kind and so helpful to myself and other customers that I see when I am there to purchase my products. Your prices are far less inexpensive to all the other smoke shops in the area. Your staff are very welcoming and very courteous to me and the other customers. Those traits are very hard to find in this world today. So anybody who see this review , please give them a visit and you'll see when I'm talking about. Smoke Tokz is the GOAT. Peace out.
