All the employees are always friendly and sometimes have good conversations if they are not busy.

I went into the Smokers' Outlet to find out what my options were for roll-your-own cigarettes. The gal at the counter was extremely helpful in taking the time to walk over to the section and explain the ins and outs of each option. I thanked her for all her help and she gave me her card. Her name is Misty, and it turns out that she is the store manager. Previous visits to the store have all been very friendly and helpful no matter who is working. The store is well-lit, neat and attractive with a good selection and adequate parking. I highly recommend stopping in to the Smokers' Outlet for excellent customer service and a wide variety of tobacco and e-cig options.

Misty the manager is one of the best managers i have ever met! She is always so positive and very helpful. She's always working so hard when I come into the store I hope she gets a well deserved raised.
