Heather is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable about the products. I come here daily and could save $20 daily if I bought online and received an additional $10 worth of product but I don’t because I really enjoy briefly chatting with Heather about products in the store. I would not come here if she wasn’t here. Shout out to Jordan! He’s also super cool. He’s informative and intelligent. A+ to the both of them.

We came in and the worker said "im clocking out, the other is running late. We're technically closed. If he takes too much longer, ill help you." Smh awful. We asked for a specific coil. He had no clue, then he said, "most people don't come in and just buy the coils." Save your money and go somewhere else. Awful experience.

Went in and got a great deal on a mod and 2 batteries. Not sure of the guys name but he was awesome. Thanks again!

I usually stop by this store in the mornings, and I’m always greeted and assisted by a lovely young lady named Heather. She’s courteous, professional, and truly a pleasure to deal with — if I could give her 5 stars, I certainly would. However, I stopped in yesterday evening and was quite disappointed. I didn’t catch the young woman’s name, but she had very curly black and green hair. Unfortunately, she did not greet me or offer any assistance, and her attitude left much to be desired. It’s disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially when others here clearly take pride in their work. The one star is not meant for the store or the other employees — only for the young lady working last night. I’ll continue to shop here, but only when Heather is working. It’s refreshing to see a young person with such excellent manners and work ethic.
