Although the sales people are nice, they are not very knowledgeable. They had to phone the owner to get prices or information on their products. I have bought cigarettes there twice. Both times they gave me some of what I ask for and a couple of packs that I did not ask for. So I had to drive all the way back to the store to exchange them. I was told that if I requested a product they could get it in. After over a month they did not. They should not offer this if they cannot fulfill it. I agree with other statements that the girls that work the counter are unknowledgable and it kind of feels like this is the first job they've ever had. Which is okay everybody has to learn. But they are not observant when they give you two different brands when you just ask for one. They do not know the prices on their items if they cannot contact the store owner you can't buy what you want because they don't know what to charge. I am so frustrated with this store that I have chosen to go to another one that charges 20 cents more a pack for cigarettes then to have to repeatedly correct what they give me. Their phone number also is non-working

I personally think that this Tobbaco ship is one of the best Tobbaco shops I’ve ever been to.They’re service,product’s and organization is incredible!They’re stocked up most of the time to!I recommend this smoke shop!!!👍👍👍

I went in there on Friday morning to get a vape and it took the girl working 5 min just to find the vape I was pointing at in front of her face, then when I told her it was too her left she went to the right 3 times. I almost wanted to walk around the damn counter and get the things myself. She needs to put the weed vape down cuz she didn't know her left from right or the products she was selling. Horrible service

I don't know what happened with the other review which is stupid because I have never went in there and had to wait no period of time to get anything every time that I went in there they have treated me with respect as far as hating on the people at the store, the owners are wonderful people I don't go nowhere else but Wally's, I'm so glad that they put Wally's

Absolutely unacceptable. They sold age-restricted products to my 14-year-old granddaughter and, on top of that, an employee she identified as Andres allegedly asked for her phone number. That is beyond inappropriate and deeply disturbing. If this business can’t properly check IDs and allows employees to behave this way toward underage girls, they have no business serving this community. Parents should be aware of what’s happening here. I expected far better from a local small business. I go to the one in west plains both locations and I know the ladies over there would never sell to a 14 year old, let alone hit on her. Not sure if it’s due to their culture nevertheless Shame on you guys I will no longer be going to any of their stores. They tried to delete this, good thing I went back and checked will be posting to their other ones as well now.
