Definitely would not recommend this place or buying any of your pieces from this place. I went tonight and Gabby helped me with the piece and she told me to rinse these pieces out before using them because visible dust from sitting at the top shelf. So I got home and I did just that, and as soon as I went to pat it dry all the color started flaking off the piece that I had just bought and didn’t even get to use yet. Brand new just rinsed it out and the color already started flaking off and refused to refund or to trade it out because once it leaves the door it’s “final”. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone at all and if you want to buy a piece, I would absolutely go somewhere else or to an actual disco where they know what they’re doing and won’t tell you the wrong information because her information of telling me to rinse it out and clean it and is what got my color stripped off my piece that is brand new. I don’t care if it’s rules, the color should have NEVER of flaked off with water…. NOT EVEN SOAP. Just water.

Gabby is awesome! I have been looking for a cupcake coconut vape everywhere. When I stopped in at this location they did not have it but Gabby looked up the inventory at the other stores and found one that had it! Super awesome and very helpful staff!

I absolutely loveeee this place. Paige is amazing and so is Gabby they always help me whenever i need it. They’re always helpful with return policies aswell I refuse to go anywhere else but here.

Nice store but bad return/exchange policy, asked for 18650 batteries and was handed 21700 batteries. I know I should’ve checked before I walked out but less than 30 minutes after purchase I called and was told they couldn’t do anything after I had left the store. Make sure you have what you want before you leave.

Paige was the best. As soon as I walked in she immediately knew what I needed. It was almost like the universe spoke through her. Her kindness was heavenly. It was like an angel spoke directly to me. She deserves a massive raise and nothing less. This store will always be my number #1 stop as long as she works there.
