Brought the Nexa refills in to let the store know only one of them worked. She checked it out and agreed there’s no way to test the refills when you buy them. So only one was good. She asks my info and sees the purchase was march 3. Said it had been too long. What? I’m not sure she knows what the day is. Even took every little piece of plastic and messed with it like she was doing surgery. But hey what can you expect “westside”.lol. Come on Vapor World do better! It’s called INTEGRITY! Customers always right but you lost a few today!

Can't say enough good things about this store. Selection is very good for juices, good for mods and disposables, staff is amazing.
