I had a great experience here, they were very nice and very professional. They took their time to guide me through the store and they made a lot of great suggestions for me. I ended up buying a lot of cigars because they have great pricing as well. 20 percent off of full boxes and buy 4 cigars get one free. I went to JR Cigars down the road and they treated me like trash and even locked the door behind me when I walked in, I was so frustrated and I'm so glad I found this place instead. Great people.

Wonderful selection. Would prefer pricea before getting to the counter and still not having an itemized receipt. Spent over $1k and still have no clue what each box or stick I purchased actually costs. Why the secrecy?? Also no lounge, just retail. Tripped in the humidor from the clutter.

The best place to get cigars. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about all there product. I learn something new everytime I walk in that shop. The best place to sit down, have a smoke and great conversation.

Jon's Pipe Shop has its own star worthy history, but Gerard and Mike make this place feel inviting. Both will go over and beyond to take care of thier costumers. They guide you to exactly what your looking for and thier prices/services is par excellence. If you haven't experienced thier hospitality yet, recommend making a trip for sure.
