I had a great experience at Las Vegas Smoke Shops. They have an impressive selection with so many options to choose from, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. The store is well-stocked, clean, and easy to shop. The customer service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. They took the time to answer questions and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great products, lots of variety, and wonderful customer service.

A Fantastic Vape Shop Experience! This store is absolutely wonderful—super clean and tidy, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. I bought a Neo Vape, and it’s been a game-changer! The flavor is amazing, the taste is smooth, and it’s surprisingly affordable. What I love most is that you can adjust the nicotine level to fit your preference. Totally recommend this shop, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Great customer service, I went in looking for a gift for someone, had an idea of what I wanted but not being a smoker myself needed a little help. Chianta was very knowledgeable and really helpful, my gift turned out to be a perfect success. The store itself was very clean, had a lovely aroma as you walk in (must have been the incense that was on sale) not bad taste in background music too. Thank you 😊

Worst customer service & experience in a smoke shop I have ever experienced. I wanted to get four cans of Newport butane & they are selling it for way above average price compared to an online retailer. They are scam artists. Not friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. It’s a very sleazy place filled with cheap products. Go somewhere else where they don’t up-charge on everything. You will be happy you went somewhere else. They lost a loyal customer that used to shop frequently but this last ever visit definitely was not a great experience & it’s why I will no longer shop here. Edit : The other reviewer that posted the employee with red shirt, that was the employee that was very rude with me as well. Arguing about the pricing. I was even showing that the product I wanted to buy was being sold for less at other places. I have paid less then what they are charging now when I’ve bought the same exact butane here in the past. So it seems they are up-charging when stock gets lower or something. I don’t want to put amounts because my review will be taken down. So I will take my business elsewhere.

Best smoke shop Ive been to in quite awhile. Dont let size of store fool ya! Theres isnt all the junk you find at other smoke shops. Dude has got his inventory right. They have great selection of finer tobacco, cigars, and smoke wares. Better yet-prices are totally fair and all your money won't just go up in smoke!
