From the moment I walked in, Erik provided the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received in a shop like this. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It’s clear that Erik has trained his staff exceptionally well. Every employee I have interacted with has been helpful, courteous, and just as attentive as he was. The entire team made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Beyond the service, I absolutely love this shop. The selection is fantastic, the store is clean and well-organized, and the vibe is perfect. I’ve already been back multiple times since my first visit and will definitely continue to make this my go-to spot. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Bree and Maleka were super friendly and helpful when choosing a vape. They had amazing customer service and were super funny as well I always enjoy Malekas service and glad to see she’s the one training new employees! Brees doing an amazing job and seems like a great fit!

Maleka is awesome. She’s always so pleasant. She keeps me updated if something is out and is very efficient. I don’t see her as often as I believe she’s scheduled in other stores now but I’m always happy to see her when she is there! Great employee.

Maleka is amazing at her job. Ive come in numerous times and she always seems to be knowledgeable in the products I want. Not to mention, my dog absolutely loves her. My dog pulls in that direction when we walk just to see her.
