I've had nothing but great experiences at Tobacco Haven. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help answer questions or make recommendations without being pushy. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an excellent selection of products at fair prices. Customer service is consistently top-notch, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Whether you're a regular or stopping in for the first time, you'll feel welcomed. Highly recommend Tobacco Haven to anyone looking for quality products and a great shopping experience.

I’ve been a customer at Tobacco Haven for 3 1/2 years. The cigar lounge has been my go to social staple ever since. The cigars are unbeatable. The folks in the lounge are amazing people. The customer service at TH is outstanding. I’m treated like family. Genuinely kind and professional staff. TH is truly my happy place. The only down side is I tend to spend too much time there.

Great shop. Well stocked humidor! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. And a bonus it has a cigar lounge so you can enjoy your newly acquired smokes.
