One of the very best vape shops that I have ever been to. They have so many AMAZING products. They have almost every flavor of import ZYN you can think of. Their wall of vapes is HUGE! What keeps me coming back is their amazing customer service. I come from MA and frequent usually once a month! Thank you to the wonderful workers that make happy customers like me. I got a SOUR gush and Cranapple GeekBar for myself and a Pink Lemonade GeekBar for a wonderful friend of mine and they had excellent deals on multiple vape purchases. The atmosphere of the parking lot is really laid back. I have a feeling the plaza it is in used to be an Ames. 5 STARS 🌟 for being the VERY best 👌 👍

This establishment provided an exceptional experience. The two individuals behind the counter demonstrated exceptional service, characterized by their engaging and approachable demeanor. They were willing to negotiate and ensure that my needs were met. I highly recommend this location for future visits to my city.

I visit Valley Vape only occasionally, but every time I walk in, the crew behind the counter is always willing to take their time and give their honest opinions. Whether I’m picking up my "go-to" vape, choosing a new flavor or grabbing some incense — no one ever pressures me into buying what I don't want. I've always thought it would be helpful if vape shops had "menus," like the ones that come in the disposable vape boxes, so you could see the sweetness and coolness levels for each flavor. It would make trying something new so much easier... and then maybe you wouldn't have to squint over the counter so much, Ha! But even without that, the service here makes it worth every penny. Huge thanks to Lucas—you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to provide everyone with a good experience.

Just moved here about a month ago from Indiana and was looking for a new shop to go to on the way home and was welcomed by such friendly staff! Mohammad, Lucas, Lily, and Cole are extremely helpful with knowledge about products and provide excellent recommendations! Store is extremely organized and well displayed and would recommend for anyone to check out!
