I came here and asked one of the part owners if we could watch a basketball game. He directed Rob to assist us, and Rob genuinely tried everything he could to help. However, the part owner then sat down and put on something he wanted to watch instead, while we, as customers, were left trying to figure it out on our own. He didn’t make any effort to help us at all. We traveled a long distance to give this place a chance and support the business, but this was our experience. If you’re planning to come here to watch a specific game, don’t expect much help, especially if the owner is present.

I had a great experience at Aya Hookah Lounge thanks to Sahil. He is an excellent employee, very attentive, friendly, and professional. From the moment we sat down, he made sure everything was taken care of and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The flavor for the hookah he recommended to me was great! Best hookah I’ve had. His customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Employees like Sahil are the reason people want to come back. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

Dameon took very care of me during my visit. I'm picky with my hookah and it was very good. Hookah was clean and very good. I'll definitely stop by if I'm around here.

Hookah is top notch and easily one of the best I have tried in NJ. That said, they really need to something about what they offer outside of Hookah. I understand it is BYOB but they could at lease have some interesting Mocktails, instead they only had Soda, Lemonade, etc. Except for the guy who made us the Hookah, staff seemed a little snooty. We were there for 2 hours and pretty much the whole place was empty, but they told we could not be seated at the more comfy couches because they were all reserved. I guess they just didn't want to give it up in case larger parties showed up. Place was still empty when we left, so not sure who it was reserved for.
