I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Maya Hookah Lounge. The customer service was rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. We waited far too long to be served, and the staff acted like they didn't care. The hookah was harsh, burned quickly, and tasted old, as if the coals and flavors hadn't been changed properly. The lounge itself wasn't clean—tables were dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. To make matters worse, the prices were high for the poor quality of service and products. I left feeling like my time and money were wasted. There are much better hookah lounges with friendlier staff and a cleaner environment. I definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I went to maya hookah lounge this weekend and I had to write a review because I had gone there on recommendation from my friends and the hookah was really good and smooth, the chai was the best I’ve had and service was on point. I will definitely be visiting again.

I been going here for a while. its a nice place staff is very friendly. and there is a lot of different types of pipes such as German from small to large, my personal favorite is the medusa, and last the astronaut with two different looks. how ever i wish the parking lot was bigger. since now that a restaurant next door takes most of it. and at times they have valley parking on weekends. and put cones to block the spaces which i still find is messed up. but other then that its a nice place.

Maya Hookah Lounge has been our go to spot since it opened years ago. It’s a perfect spot. The hookah is amazing, so smooth and the hookahs themselves are so clean (and I’m realllly picky about my hookah). They have a large variety of flavors, even though I always stick to my favorites there (usually a double apple girl but I sometimes get their choc chip mint there and it’s bangin). Their drinks are delicious. Especially the mocktails. The vibe is really nice. The music is always so good, the service is great and everyone is really nice. You can tell they really care about their place. 5 stars for sure, so if you are looking for a place with good energy, that’s relaxing but also vibing, def check it out.

I’ve been going to maya hookah lounge for a while and I have to say it’s one of the best lounges in NJ. Great atmosphere, decor, music, everything. The hookah is great and the staff is attentive. The mocktails are great too.
