Go to Dan Dash or King Tut or many of the other hookah places. Don't go here! I've been going to this place for years. Sad to say, this place have changed for the worst. They have the most horrible service and the manager (the bald one) is very rude and racist and disrespectful to customers. They give priority to certain people and disrespect paying customers. The food is also very bad and many times old. The manager argued with us and refused to give us a bigger table and we had 8 people with us. While he let someone else switch tables with the smaller group. He was clearly being selective and racist and rude.

Wow — this place deserves all the stars and more! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at home. The waitress was amazing — she actually sat with us at the table, walked us through the whole menu, and even gave her honest opinions about what she liked and didn’t like. You could tell she really cared that we had the best experience possible. The hookahs were very affordable, and the quality was incredible. At one point, we didn’t love one of the flavors we picked, and the hookah guy went out of his way to mix his own custom flavor — and it turned out phenomenal! Easily one of the best flavors I’ve ever had. The vibe was perfect — chill, good energy, great music that was loud enough to enjoy but still quiet enough to talk and laugh comfortably. The food was solid too, and overall we were treated like absolute kings. Trust me when I say this — I’m Middle Eastern and have been to countless hookah lounges over the years, and this spot truly stands out. If you’re looking for great hookah, great people, and great vibes, this is 100% the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely the worst hookah ever. Their equipment is extremely dirty. It's covid, I got a recycled plastic hose. They are supposed to be used once and given to us in a closed package. I got it in an open pack. It was served with broken coals on the tray. I was supposed to use these coals. I told the owner that I only wanted Al fahkhir double apple. The hookah tasted like the star buzz apple flavor. I smoke enough if it to know al fahkhir. Finally a girl working over there took the hookah back and gave a clean one. I tipped her.

Do not go to Sultana cafe. The atmosphere, food, hookah, staff are disappointing and just overall sad. I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO IF I COULD. First and foremost, the entrance is confusing, there is no clear signage as where to enter. When me and my friend walked in, we had to go up to the waitress after 5 minutes to ask her where to sit down. When sitting down, I almost slipped and fell on the floor due to a spill. I told the waitress about it and she never cleaned it the entire time we were there. We ordered hummus, chicken kebab, lemon mint drink, guava juice, and waters. The hummus came out first and it was absolutely disgusting, they had made it with peppers and it seemed like it was just carelessly poured out of a container. Did not taste at all like hummus. We had to ask 3 times for our drinks. The lemon mint was a sour juice with blended mint, not what we were expecting, I couldn't even finish it. The guava juice was also disappointing and very watery. The chicken kebab was okay, but some of the rice was undercooked, some overcooked. None of our food was finished. We ordered watermelon mint hookah, and it came with 6 coals, as if we could use them all in a timely manner. The head was poorly made and we had to place the coals ourselves, which is not how a hookah should be brought out, as if they couldn't balance it.. By the time we went to use the other coals they had all burnt away, and we never got replacements. The place is very poorly ventilated. We walked in and almost suffocated with the smoke and air. We had forgotten what clean air felt like until we left the place. The staff was extremely hard to make contact with. Our waitress never checked in on us and only came out twice to give the drinks and food. The other guy working never even looked our way even though we also tried to get his attention on multiple occasions. We had to basically walk into the kitchen to get the waitress's attention to pay... which we shouldn't have to pay for that horrible experience. Definitely will not go back and will warn everyone against this place.

Sucks I can’t give this place a ZERO. Everything was garbage, the food, the service, the hookah. Waited almost an hour for 3 sandwiches and a hummus. The dude working was rude as hell, his shirt didn’t fit him, and gave me back talk because I asked him why 3 sandwiches are taking an hour. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous. $3 for a can of soda!? Not even ice in a cup or nothing, tea was $4 and served in a glass cup, how you supped to sip a hot Bev with no handle?! Whatever place is trash and garbage 0 stars $120 for 3 sandwiches, 2 hookahs and 4 Bevs smh never again.
