This store I normally would give 5 stars but my experience today on 5/30/26 was horrible. Me and my wife went in at 3:30 and the lady working was horrible. She was watching videos when we walked in and continued to watch videos while we were in there, it seemed more important to watch her videos then help us. Felt like we were more of a burden than customers. Had no personality. Wanted to make 2 purchases but was so fast to ring up the first purchase without asking if we wanted anything else. Felt like she wanted to rush us out so she can go back to watching her videos. The guy who usually there who has helped us in the past is amazing. I was just very disappointed on this visit today.

Went there today for a BC 5000 vape, the girl at the counter rang it up and it came up as $10. She said that can't be right, and changed it to $20. That was fine, as $10 seemed cheap, but $20 is still on the pricey side for one of these. I get out to my car, open the box, and it is defective with juice spilled all over the interior of that plastic packaging. I checked the side of the box the vape came in, and shows it expired in early 2024. I go back in the store, got a new BC 5000 vape (which did not have an expiration date on the box), and went on my way. When I got home, I tried it, and this one is defective too. It got stuck firing after I took a pull and roasted itself. It doesn't work anymore and I am out $20. Other products might be good here, but I would not recommend shopping here for a disposable vape.

I brought a vape that was not charging, but they basically said tough luck. Please save your money and go somewhere else that actually wants your business. Will def not buy here again.
