One thing I’m going to say … if you can’t exchange a $12 piece that was bought 5 minutes ago for not fitting with a bigger one that costs you $1.00-2.00 max TRULY REFLECTS ON HOW YOUR BUSINESS WILL DO . Each time we’ve walked in here as new neighbors the bad customer service we’ve received is unreal. NEVER STEPPING BACK IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. Young girl at front counter needs to learn some sales techniques before she makes the store shut down lol

I moved to North Jersey 6 months ago but continued going to NYC because I hadn't found a local smoke shop that I liked and/or that wasn't a rip off. A #1 is my new go to place! Without a second thought, I would recommend this place to anyone and know that they are in good hands. Rich is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain different product lines/options which are reasonably priced and makes solid recommendations. Definitely an amazing part of the small business community in The Heights! I consider my recommendation and accolades nearly impossible to get but A #1 gets my approval 100%... will definitely be a repeat customer!
