I've been coming to this store for more than two years, always buying the same product. Recently, though, the products I’ve purchased either don’t work or are burnt. I mentioned this to Roddy, and he assured me that I could always return them, and he would accept the return. Today, for the first time, I brought back two new vapes that I had just bought. However, the older man was working there instead. I explained to him that one vape was broken and the other was burnt. At first, he didn’t believe me and then said he wouldn’t accept the return. When I told him that Roddy had said returns were accepted, he didn’t care at all. While giving me the replacement products, he was clearly upset about the return. He opened his eyes wide and told me that he would never accept a return again. Honestly, I don’t know where he’s from, but it seems like he learned to disrespect customers in his motherland, not in the USA. This grumpy old man’s nasty behavior has ensured that I’ll never return to your store again, Roddy.

This place is amazing! They have everything for your smoking needs and the best prices in town. The customer service is also very nice. My go to smoke shop.

One off my favorite places to buy vapes wouldn't recommend the 10$ ones only besides the rick and morty as you see in screen and would recommend the 15$ ones they are the best they have alot to choose from deff recommend there shop
