Woman who answers the phone is nice but i ordered a product weeks ago and still havent recieved it and when i call she has to contact her "boss". Took a week or longer for response. 7 days later i called again because i still had not recieve what i ordered. Called again and she had to contact her boss to find out where my package was. Said shed call me back. 2 days later no call, no package. Honsely just want my money back at this point. Ive never had such a poor experience ordering anything. Only reason im giving 2 stars is cuz she was nice and im sure its not her fault.

Vape kult has SO many amazing juice flavors and everytime I need to order more there is 20 more new flavors!! I LOVE them all. I've broke both my coffee cups I had :( time to order another. Nothing is better in the A.M than a fresh cup of joe and some vape time.

THE BEST VAPE STORE IN AUBURN. I highly recommend. I am from camillus and I highly recommend vape kult if you are in auburn. I love the girl who works there her name is Makenzie and I love how open and honest she is about everything slayyyyyy. Go there plzzzzzzz 10/10 would recommend.

Love the staff, but they sold me some of the owners homemade flavored e liquid for $30. Tasted terrible and giving me a headache. Asked for a return or trade for a known good, they refused to make it right. What company won't make it right with a customer on a product they make themselves? This one apparently.
